We reveled in the elegant setting of the castle dining room and the more casual charm of Azalea, each dish a masterpiece showcasing local and seasonal ingredients with artistry and flair. The afternoon tea, served in the drawing room with a tempting selection of cakes and scones, was a decadent indulgence. The service throughout our stay was impeccable – attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring a seamless and pampered experience.
